MODULE LEADER AUTOMOTIVE M/F
We offer you an interesting challenge as Engineer (m / f) in the area of car body development.
Within the scope of your work, you will lead the SE team leaders as well as the members of the process chain.
You work out and agree on goals with your SE team leaders, the members of the process chain for FEKGQT and your project. You are responsible for the realization of all functions, components, systems and processes of your scope. As a module manager (m/f) you control projects responsible for all changes within the specified target frame, show opportunities, risks and target conflicts and drive a fast decision-making. You have the mandate and represent all relevant functional areas along your process chain, including the purchasing and T-sizes. You also make substantive decisions for product and process within your scope and guide the escalation impending target conflicts / target deviations for your scope (with valued solution alternatives).
Your complex field of activities also includes the compliance with the agreed components in terms of functions, properties, costs and effort, quality, weight, deadlines, process and communality within the framework
of your available budget.
You have a degree in the field mechanical engineering, vehicle or plastic technology or a comparable qualification.
Profound professional experience in car body development and design equipment as an SE-Teamleiter (m/f), I-Teamleiter (m/f), PV (m/f) or
Group Leader (m/f).
Leadership experience, project management experience and team and business management
You are familiar with the customer-specific systems (e.g., CAD-PDM,
PRISMA, Tais, gAMS, etc.).
Experience in the management of the process chain house and purchase parts.
Decision-making and problem-solving competence.
Cost awareness and negotiation strength.
Joy of self-responsible work.
Very good knowledge of English as well as mastery From MS-Office round off your profile. German language skills are an advantage.
